pin mason jars

Today we’re talking mason jars.  Those wonderful things of beauty that are multi-purpose to infinity!  As always, I’ve created a Pinterest board for you.  You can find it here.  First let me show you some great examples of mason jars as we usually see them.

These first few photos are of the common use of mason jars as centerpieces. Photos are linked. :)

Now, that’s how we’re all used to seeing mason jars used.  Beautiful aren’t they? Whether you choose to use the clear, blue, purple or vintage jars, they definitely add some farmhouse and country charm to a room!

Now let me show you some DIYs that I found that are really cool :)

Here are a few different ways to paint your mason jars. I know you’ve seen these all over blog land, probably because they are so darn pretty!  Photos are linked to the instructions on each.

How fun are those?!  Depending on your style, mason jars can be painted with a multitude of paints, in many different styles.  Now let me show you the cutest mason jars I found! These are painted, decoupaged, glittered and more! Photos are linked to instructions also. :)

I’m in my mid 40’s, mom to one grown daughter, Katelyn, and a grandson, Dawson. He is the light of my life!! I am with the man of my dreams and he spoils me, as well as helping along with the furniture when I need help moving things in and out. My other hobbies include photography, scrap booking, reading and of course, decorating my home! My days find me in the office, painting furniture, decorating my home and when I’m lucky, shopping!
I hope you’ll follow along with me on this journey called home.
