Welcome back everyone! I hope you’ve had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend. I know I sure am!  Today I’m back with another installment of the 2016 Home Trends series and we’re talking signs!  This is a lengthy post today because I had SO much trouble choosing which signs to include so let’s get to it, shall we?!

I’m going to cover hand lettered signs, farmhouse signs AND I went ahead and included THREE excellent tutorials for making your own signs! Sounds like fun to me so let’s get started!

This first section covers gorgeous rustic signs you can purchase. All the photos are linked in case you see something you can’t live without!  Etsy is my go to place for buying signs!

Now let’s take a look at a few farmhouse style signs. I love the way these look aged and worn. They are a great focal point to a room and add that bit of charm you’ve been looking for!

Next, let’s jump into DIY instructions for making your own signs!  After seeing how easy these would be, I have “make farmhouse sign” on my to do list!  Any suggestions as to what it should say? Leave me your ideas in the comments please!

One more thing before I go!  I have been a longtime fan of Lindsay Letters.  Her work is beyond beautiful! Check out my favorites and see for yourself why I’m so enamored with this girl!

I sure hope you’ve enjoyed this super big roundup of sign inspiration!  Maybe you’ve seen something you must have or something you’re itching to make!  Either way, share your photos for a chance to be featured on my blog!!

I hope you all have a great weekend and get your hands dirty (or not!) with some fun DIY projects!  Until next time!

I’m in my mid 40’s, mom to one grown daughter, Katelyn, and a grandson, Dawson. He is the light of my life!! I am with the man of my dreams and he spoils me, as well as helping along with the furniture when I need help moving things in and out. My other hobbies include photography, scrap booking, reading and of course, decorating my home! My days find me in the office, painting furniture, decorating my home and when I’m lucky, shopping!
I hope you’ll follow along with me on this journey called home.
