Coral Side Table

Paisley Ikat Dining Chair

I fell in love with this little table when I saw it.  The price was right at $3 too!  I brought it home and sanded it down with a rough grit sandpaper. then wiped it down with a damp cloth.  Then I fired up my paint sprayer and gave it three good coats of paint.  I then sanded the table again with a high grit sandpaper.  At this point, I used a rough grit sandpaper to distress it a little then  I added 2 coats of polyacrylic and this sweet little table was ready for a new life!

The Ugly Before

Finished Project

I’m in my mid 40’s, mom to one grown daughter, Katelyn, and a grandson, Dawson. He is the light of my life!! I am with the man of my dreams and he spoils me, as well as helping along with the furniture when I need help moving things in and out. My other hobbies include photography, scrap booking, reading and of course, decorating my home! My days find me in the office, painting furniture, decorating my home and when I’m lucky, shopping!
I hope you’ll follow along with me on this journey called home.
